“Wolf Song” (originally “Песнь о Волках”) is a poem about a scientist who left the city to live with wolves. She enjoys being a hermit, writes poems in the wilderness, befriends a wolf family and learns a thing or two about life from them.
The story is pure fantasy, of course, but it was inspired by real-life stories of people who spent years living among wolves and were fascinated by those wonderful creatures.
