Paypal and Payoneer no longer work in my country, so I can't get money from Ko-fi, Gumroad, Buymeacoffe and ComicAd (the ad banners here).
The only tip jar I have left is Boosty. It accepts Paypal, all cards, any currency, then it converts it into rubles and sends to me. Boosty works the same way as Patreon + accepts one-time donations like Ko-fi and allows selling ebooks.

Being scared shitless in presence of intelligent living weapon is a totally normal human reaction. Remember Lara and her kind (descendants of ancient supersoldiers)? Sentinel psi-profile type was made specifically for them and contained a vast library of military knowledge. Even a young Sentinel of ancient times was a deadly killing machine. A veteran (and the third Norn is obviously one) is even worse.

I mean, he's a dead man anyway, but there is quite a world of difference between dying because your body is failing and being killed outright.

Though if they can't do anything for him, I guess being killed by her might be a quicker, less painful way to go, if still terrifying.

Yes, there's a world of difference, indeed, between dying in your bed peacefully and under painkillers and dying screaming and bloody, beaten up to death by an angry supersoldier. I'd be scared in Nolan's place as well.

It’s less the details and more the overall impression. Although if you told me she could shoot lasers out of her artificial eye I wouldn’t actually be surprised.
