Paypal and Payoneer no longer work in my country, so I can't get money from Ko-fi, Gumroad, Buymeacoffe and ComicAd (the ad banners here).
The only tip jar I have left is Boosty. It accepts Paypal, all cards, any currency, then it converts it into rubles and sends to me. Boosty works the same way as Patreon + accepts one-time donations like Ko-fi and allows selling ebooks.

We were already aware about Ash's illness. Now we are about to witness it in action. And what a lovely place it chose to show itself! Narrow, slippery stairs at the side of the mountain, with no railings.

+ Paypal no longer works in my country, so I can't get money from Ko-fi, Gumroad, and Patreon. Until something changes for the better, I'll have to go with replacements.
So...
I made a page on Boosty (scroll the page down to switch to English language). It accepts Paypal and all cards.
For a one-time donation like Ko-fi, just buy this post.
To get an ebook buy one of these posts (the downloads are inside): Cold Obsidian, GWI1, GWI2, Ice gift
For monthly support, subscribe to my Boosty page. Everything works the same as on Patreon. As soon as there is at least one subscriber, I'll start uploading early updates and various extras there.

My speculation is maybe he's gonna take a heavy dose of adrenaline to keep him moving long enough to make it alive to his destination, but I look forward to seeing what the actual answer is.

We already know the answer: he is terminally ill. It's just the illness showing itself.

Well, yeah. I understand that. I was more curious to know what he could be carrying in a medkit that could do anything about a terminal illness in the first place. I'd assume it needs to be some kind of emergency medication, and adrenaline was the first thing to come to mind for some reason.

Ah, he has some interesting thingies in his medkit all right! We'll see them soon.

Augh, as someone who really likes guardrails, this page is friggin' terrifying. And ICE, too! What a place to walk, let alone have your health collapse.

Oh yes, I know what you mean. One of my recurring nightmares is me ascending or descending endless narrow railingless stairs. I always wake up from these dreams completely devastated.
