Paypal and Payoneer no longer work in my country, so I can't get money from Ko-fi, Gumroad, Buymeacoffe and ComicAd (the ad banners here).
The only tip jar I have left is Boosty. It accepts Paypal, all cards, any currency, then it converts it into rubles and sends to me. Boosty works the same way as Patreon + accepts one-time donations like Ko-fi and allows selling ebooks.

Just like it was with Nikt: Rikter's first thought is to feed a depressed person with tasty food. He's obviously been to both the kitchen and pantry where he handpicked the best things. There are pierogi, some with meat, some with veggies inside, little doughnuts sprinkled with crushed nuts, two apples and a pear, and of course a kettle of herbal tea. Too bad every food tastes like ashes when you are grieving...

Comments:

Getting food down might be difficult to manage under such dire circumstances. It's kinda necessary to power through that, though. At least start with the tea.

Yes. Especially considering that crying for hours makes your dehydration worse.

Rik is an absolute treasure. (Reminds me of making food as easy to eat and appealing as possible for someone on chemo or similar.)

The best thing about being given food is that you don't have to cook it. When I can skip cooking, any food instantly tastes so much better! I remember loving hospital meals when I was recovering from pneumonia. Even simple kasha (rice or wheat seeds boiled in milk) with a bit of butter and a slice of bread tasted heavenly! :)
