Paypal and Payoneer no longer work in my country, so I can't get money from Ko-fi, Gumroad, Buymeacoffe and ComicAd (the ad banners here).
The only tip jar I have left is Boosty. It accepts Paypal, all cards, any currency, then it converts it into rubles and sends to me. Boosty works the same way as Patreon + accepts one-time donations like Ko-fi and allows selling ebooks.

Tim and Ren are having a conversation where only Tim's replies can be heard because Ren writes all his words on a chalkboard. Nikt is nervous, he wants the caveman to go away, but he won't get his wish. Ren asks Tim to take a look at Nikt's injured leg hoping that the young caveman healer is skilled enough to mend it. That's why chief Lara had sent Tim here, and it's a sign of immense trust.
